happy-ness

two ways to make yourself feel happy.

1) consume chocolates.
2) Exercise.

because both releases endorphin.
no 1 is simple but you'll put on weight.
the latter is tough but you'll lose weight. Then again, you'll feel happy and at the same time you lose weight. That's double happiness!
So yeah, exercise more. Trust me, it works.
